SHINE’S APRIL HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES
Awesome Autumn: Wednesday 8th April - Friday 10th April 2026
In playful fun ways, children will learn about oral language, acting, public speaking, confidence and social skills.
They will enjoy music and dancing (rhythm, musicality, following, balance and co-ordination), dressing up
(imagination and role-play), storytelling (listening and recounting), puppet making and an awesome autumn craft creation.
Enter a magical world of drama and dress-ups!
Children will improve their confidence as they learn acting, public speaking and social skills.
Places are limited to 16 to ensure the individual needs of each child is met.
Age: 5 - 10 years
Time: 9.00am - 3.00pm
Where: King’s School, 258 Remuera Road, Remuera
Cost: $120 per day, $220 for 2 days or $300 for 3 days

'Aspiring Performers' Programme
(Suitable for students 12 - 16 years)
Hone your screen acting skills in this fun and interactive programme!
Here we will develop the craft and confidence of each aspiring performer and work on scenes which will be recorded at the end of the workshop.
Time: 9.00am - 3.00pm

Mike has worked as an acting and piano teacher for over ten years in Australia and New Zealand. He is a graduate of Actors Centre Australia and has worked across theatre, tv, and film in both countries. Mike loves working with the inquisitive minds of children to help them express and create!
Nina trained at the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School. Nina is a dynamic, experienced tutor whose students achieve excellent exam results and love the experience of developing their speech.
